Terms of service

Every Hot Launch (everyhotlaunch.com) is run by Codecasa Studios (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying alerts you agree to these terms.

What you’re buying

A stock alert service for one item: either one listing at one store or one product link you give us, or one listing with the exact configuration you describe. You pay a one-off fee per item. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Alerts stay on until you turn them off or we stop the service for that item.

What we do and don’t promise

We check the retailer’s page and tell you when it shows as in stock or open for pre-order. Retailers can change, hide or block their pages, stock can sell out before you open the alert, and alerts can be delayed by email, phone or network providers. We don’t buy products for you, hold stock, or guarantee you’ll be able to buy an item. Prices and availability on the retailer’s site are what count.

Links we can’t read

Before you pay for a pasted link we check it and show you what we found. If we can’t read it, we tell you and don’t take payment. If a page you paid for becomes unreadable for more than 7 days in a row and we can’t fix it, email us for a full refund.

Refunds

Because alerts start straight away, the fee isn’t refundable once alerts are on, except as above or where the law gives you a right to one. Contact hello@codecasastudios.com with your PayPal receipt.

Payments

Payments are taken by PayPal. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and converted from pounds sterling once a day.

Fair use

Don’t use the service to run automated buying bots, to overload retailers, or to track pages you have no right to access. We can turn off alerts that are used this way.

Trademarks

Product and retailer names belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the affected item. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
