Codecasa Studios runs everyhotlaunch.com and is the data controller for the information below.

What we collect

• Your email address and the items you want alerts for, so we can send them.
• Payment details are handled by PayPal; we receive the order and payment reference, amount and currency, not your card details.
• If you turn them on: a browser push subscription, or your Telegram chat ID.
• Product links you paste, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address to limit abuse.
• Basic, cookieless usage statistics (Vercel Analytics).

Why

To provide the alerts you paid for (contract), to prevent abuse and keep the service working (legitimate interests), and to meet legal and accounting duties.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), PayPal (payments), Telegram (if you link it) and your browser’s push service. Product links are fetched from our own servers. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long

While your alerts are on and for up to 6 years after payment for accounting records. Push and Telegram links are deleted when you turn them off.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@codecasastudios.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Every alert email has a one-click link to turn alerts off.
